Broadband in Malaysia

As we all know, all the broadband operators provide us variety of plans with HIGH speed, but low data quota. It is the most annoying situation we used to face. Besides, if you are exposed to oversea network operators, I can image how is your shocking expression when realizing that the data plans are so cheap and affordable, with high data quota.
 
But, in other hand, the operators are so satisfied with the plans they provided, as the limited data usage will prevent their precious data networks from being ''clogged'' by the large data network transmission.

Is there any method or alternative way to enjoy the full advantage of broadband with super high speed and unlimited data quota?
